I started Azora Ops because I know the chaos firsthand.

As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, I learned early how to build systems from scratch and bring calm to complex problems. That same energy fuels the way I work with clients today: grounded, strategic, and people-first.

In my professional background, I worked with financial institutions managing accounts as small as half a million dollars to huge organizational pensions. The systems I put in place helped streamline their day to day processes to cater to their tens or thousands of accounts and create a better experience for employees and clients.
